Please Agency People, Please do not alter the amount of the leverage of the trading percentage ot the 100:1 to
the stupid proposal of 10:1 under RIN 3038-AC61 doesn't our country have enough problems with an already
shrinking value of the US dollar. This Proposal will only hurt the hard working citizen from getting ahead. Please
don't meddle in a market that helps keep our economy more fluid. We don't need more socialism just plain good
