RIN 3038-AC61. Can someone explain to me what braniak came up with an idea of regulating forex industry. You are
trying to protect me by forcing me to deposit 10 times the amount of money with a broker? Who are you to even
consider the idea of trying to regulate my life is this Soviet Union in a new place? It will have completely opposite
effect. You will cause massive exodus of money from US, while other countries in the world are trying to do
everything they can to keep money from leaving by setting flat tax or any other measure they can come up with. You
ladies and sirs are a bureaucratic agency with very limited value in society and speaking from experience of 10 years
working with agencies like yours are highly unqualified to make most of regulations you pass. In this case you have
simply crossed the line. STOP NOW. I will be contacting my representative in the senate and my local
representatives.
