    Regulation of Retail Forex
I have been trading the Forex for about 1 year now and been able to support
my family on the revenue generated. Being self employed / under employed in this market
and being disabled combet veteren with a wife and 5 childred. This regulation would cut my
income by 90%. With limited capital I will not be able to support my family under
the current economic conditions. I believe there are many small traders / Investors in this same
situation. Thus taking away revenue to inject into the market contributing to the hardship of the
average American. With a booming Forex, Retail traiding market what is the reasoning
    for inhibiting
further the average American from supporting their families. If the regulation passes it will force
thousands like my self into hardship and drive investors away from the market. It will kill the
    activity
of personal investors in this market. If it is you goal to take the small guy out of this market then
this regulation will do this. This terrible proposal will hurt thousands and thousands of Americans.
    Not
investors but all those retailers that investors spend their profits with. I cant believe that I spent
    1-1/2
years in Iraq, got blown up, torn up and disabled for a country that instead of a
    promise/opportu nity
for a better life wants to regulate that dream away. If you pass this regulation you will fail the
    American
    people and for what gain?
