    Dear Secretary
Please leave margin requirements for Forex trading as they are. I for one have spent intense
years trying to learn this vocation. If you change the margin requirements you will not only void
my reason for pursuing the vocation to begin with, but you will drastically devalue the skill I've
worked so hard to learn and you will lock out traders of meager means from this awesome
opportunity to make a living as they dream. Not all of us can make millions throwing
touchdowns or singing. You don't regulate the routes a wide receiver can run or the filthy
words that make some rich .... For folks that only have our intellectual talent to depend on, give
us a shot by leaving the margin requirements alone. I could go on about how the margin
requirement changes are harming me, but I think I've made my case.
    Sincerely
    Richard M. Turner
