Hello Mr. David Stawick. My name is Larry Taylor, and I would like to express my concerns about proposal RIN 3038-AC61. If
retail forex trading leverage is increased to 10:1, then the majority of retail forex traders like me would not be able to trade. I
don't have $10,000 or more to put into a forex account to trade with. I currently have less than $100 dollars in my forex
account to practice my strategies. My dream is to trade the forex market full time one day, but if leverage is changed to 10:1,
then my dream will turn into a nightmare. Please do not change the leverage because I want a secure financial future, and I
believe that the forex market is the answer. Thank you sir for your time and for considering the small retail forex traders like
myself who hope the trade forex full-time one day.
