RIN 3038-AC61 - I have just read your 50 pages!!
Effectively taking a fact and reversing the intent should be against the law, legally and morally.
    RIN 3038-AC61 is an outright
    scheme
(your words) to gain power and monies. In the beginning CFTC was
    pacifically
barred from interfering where the new proposed rules would give unlimited power to the CFTC to
    control all monitory investment
    transactions
within and without the boundaries of the United States Of
    America.
With the internet came freedom and opportunity for individuals. This has endangered profits of large players
    and their ability to
    manipulate
    the market for gain.
In no way does this proposed change protect the investor. This is an appalling attempt to stifle individual
investors while increasing the power of the same people who put us into our current mess. Do
    not mistake
my intent here. Black and white -
this is an illegal attempt to
    cut out
    the smaller players, restricting
    competition, forcing a
    monopoly control
in the hands of large players.
This cannot be tolerated for the sake of our country and fair play. You should all be ashamed.
    Sincerely,
    Velda Hooper
