Regulation of Retail Forex
Dear Sirs:
Please DO NOT require a 10:1 leverage requirement on US retail Forex
brokers. In a free country consenting adults should
have the freedom to make their OWN choices as to risk, after
consideration of the risk/reward involved in any transaction.
I would prefer to keep my account with a CFTC controlled broker, but
several offshore providers come to mind as alternatives
if I am forced to seek the products I desire elsewhere.
