Gentlemen, this is a terrible infringement on the rights of self determination! A forex
trader should not be considered a complete fool that must be controlled by Government.
You do nothing but drive all trading off shore. It is a shame that other countries have
thinking, intelligent administrators, while the U.S. Government agencies seem to be
completely void of reason and at time act like they must control every action of their
citizens as if they could not make a decision for them selves. DO NOT PROCEED
WITH THIS PROGRAM.
