requirements detailed in RIN 3038-AC61, such a
reduction to the proposed 10% margin requirement
would eliminate or very substantially reduce the
ability of small individual traders such as myself
and my wife along with very many of our friends.
Please do not reduce the margin requirements any
more than the 100:1 limit that has already been
imposed.
