    Regulation Retail Forex
    ID# 1-3038-AC61 Regulation Retail Forex
    Gentlemen,
It has been brought to my attention that the government is seeking changes in legislation to
"control" the leverage of the accounts in the FOREX Market. It is my belief that every investor
must retain the basic freedom of choosing the leverage he/she wants for their investments.
Government should not regulate this at all. What are we accomplishing with this? Do we want to
take small investors out of the market into the hands of unscrupulous brokers that seek NOT the
profit for the investor but the transaction to collect their fees. Once more the government backing
wall street and leaving the main street guy out cold.
I'd like to let you know that there are many "small investors" who successfully transact the FOREX
market and actually earn money. Those of us who seek proper education to transact and
successfully maintain a small investment account,. Single mothers like myself that, if it was not for
FOREX my kids would be out on the streets.
The government has given billions to Wallstreet already in help for the financial markets, the pat
on the back for the mess they originated and the homeowner is left out in the cold, lacking help
because banks took our hard earned dollars and bought other banks got fatter and helped no-one.
Homeowners get foreclosed and thrown out of their homes day in and day out with NO-ONE to help
them. If thegovernment-Fannie, e.g. would have just bought the devalued commodity (paper) at
pennies on the dollar, and modified we would have families with affordable house payments and
the financial mess at ease. But the government chose to give help to the shark and let the little
fish get eaten. Now, democrats at large, are you going to throw us small investors to the sharks
    one more time?
This is one vote you are not smelling any more!!..Yeah, republicans took us to war and all but at
least we were safe and not hungry!!
So who are you with? the sharks or we the people?
    Respectfully,
    Laurina Emiliani
