Dear Sir/Ma'am
Regarding the proposed regulation of retail forex
(RIN
3038-AC61), decreasing leverage to 10:1, I would like to strongly request that this course
of action be abandoned. This would destroy my ability to trade at all. VVhile I do not reside in
the USA, I do trade with an NFA regulated broker in the USA, and enjoy the privilege of
earning part of my living from my trading account. This proposed regulation, if implemented
would severely impact my meagre livelihood (pension).
