Dear Mr. Stawick:
I am writing in support of the CFTC's Proposed Federal Speculative
Position Limits that will reestablish speculative position limits on maj or
energy commodities. I believe that it was the removal of limits in 2001
which has lead to higher than necessary oil and gas prices due to
specualtion in the oil comodity markets.
I feel it is very important for the economy of our country that these
limits be reestablished as proposed on your web site.
Sincerely,
G
