Well Mr. Secretary.
For my 2 cents worth, the CFTC has done nothing to help but only hinder the general FOREX traders in the last 18
months. You have invaded my right to trade the way I choose to trade. You took away my ability to hedge when
using an American broker. You mandated leverage changes so that I am only able to get 100:1 leverage from an
American broker. You have levied a First In First Out (FIFO) policy for trades which help only the bankers and hurt
brokers and traders. You are now proposing a 10:1 leverage ratio max with an American broker.
It is pretty obvious to someone with an IQ slightly larger than their shoesize or better that you are bailing out the
bankers over and over and over again ( you know, the ones who got us into this mess and the mess in 1933), while at
the same time, hurting and dictating to your boss how to trade ( you do remember about We The People, right?).
First, you do not have the Constitutional authority to do these things. You do not have the authority to dictate to me
how I trade nor at what leverage ratio I may acquire. That is between me and my broker. By dictating to the brokers
in America, you are violating my rights. Hedging and cost averaging, taking out the trade I want to take out
regardless of FIFO are all viable and intelligent methods of trading and minimizing losses when the market suddenly
goes against your position. Stand up and be the public servants that We The People expect and are entitled to be
served by.
I am the dog. You are the tail. So quit wagging me!!!!! Be the good little puppy you are supposed to be. We The
People are getting pretty sick and tired of having you the servants making it only possible to trade the FOREX if we
establish our accounts out of your touching ability. Leave my country alone or leave my country. Getting the
message yet?????
