Regulation of Retail Forex
I oppose the proposed regulation of retail forex, specifically RIN 3038-AC61. As a forex trader, I do
not need the government to tell me how much leverage I can handle. I am very frustrated with the lack
of confidence our government has in the American people. I am capable of making my own decisions,
both in health care and in forex trading. When government gets the message that the American people
don't want Washington making our decisions and taking away the people's right to choose, our country
will be much better off. Please drop this idea of regulating the leverage available to retail forex traders.
