Mr. Secretary,
I am a semi-retired farmer and rancher in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. I have learned
that CFTC wants to change the leverage regulation in FXTrading. This proposal will make it more
difficult for the smaller investor to participate in FX Trading. I know that you are not stupid enough
to not see this so it is of my opinion that the only reason for the change is to denya lot of us the
opportunity to participate in the FX market.. My congressman and Senator Kay Hutchison will hear
about this from me too. It is bad enough that we have a socialists in the White House but now it
seems we have them all thru the govt. and the bureaucracies that burden our govt. and the free
market restricting both from working for the people. Leave the leverage quotas as they are.
