Dear Mr. Stawick:
The only way to solve our long term energy problems is to allow the free
market to operate unfettered. Please don't let the short term interests of
the airlines derail (pardon the pun) efforts to stabilize our energy
consumption.
If find it amusing that the same airlines that bemoan oil speculation will
charge you exhorbitant prices for booking a seat at the last minute. In
other words, the airlines like the law of supply and demand when it suits
their interest.
