    Regulation of Retail Forex
    identification number RIN 3038-AC61
Thank You for allowing me the opportunity to voice my opinion on the regulation of retail forex.
I hope it is realized that by regulating American traders you are putting us at a disadvantage to the rest of the
    worlds traders.
Since no other country has FIFO forex rules we are already at a disadvantage.
Since other countries allow hedging and the US does not it puts us at a larger disadvantage.
Now CFTC wants to regulate leverage to the point only the weather traders can afford to trade it will only add to
the advantage other countries have on the US traders.
In American we have something many other countries don't have, that is "freedom". Please do not take any
more freedom from the US traders.
I feel like our government agencies are trying to protect us from ourselves, when what we really need is
protection from our government. That is not written as a rude statement but rather a heart feeling.
I want my desire for the freedom to trade as traders around the world trade made known.
Thank You for lending you ear for a moment.
