Good afternoon,
I am very concerned and must object the new regulations, RIN 3038-AC61, concerning leverage in
forex trading. I do not believe that the government or anyone else has the right to tell me what I
can and can not do with my money. If I want to leverage 1:400 that should be my choice and you
don't really have the right to tell me I can not. I will join with the trading community in doing
everything possible to fight you. This must not be allowed to continue. My congressmen and
senators, who are Americans, not communists (democrats), are with me on this. You should re-
think this decision.
