Regulation of Retail Forex
To Who It May Concern:
I understand that the CFTC is considering new regulations (Ref. 5772-10) for the retail forex market,
particularly a change in leverage to 10 to 1. I
strongly object to this new regulation and want this
regulation removed from your consideration. It is unnecessary, intrusive, and damaging to my trading
efforts. This is just another effort by my government trying to run my life, which I do not need! I see
what is happening now in our economy and fear what could happen if this regulation is put in place. The
American people do not need you to run our lives and we do not need you running the retail forex
market.
