    Regulation of Retail Forex
This email is in regards to RIN 3038-AC61. Please be advised that I strongly DISAPPROVE of the proposed
margin changes. I have been trading in the foreign exchange market for over seven years. In the last year
regulations that have been instituted by the CFTC and the NFA have not made my trading easier, instead these
regulations have made it more difficult to generate a successful revenue stream.
I strongly urge the commission to reconsider not only this proposed change but all of what has been done. The
net result will simply mean trader's will simply be forced to go off shore to do our trading. Your announcement
dove tails nicely with an article in the Wall Street Journal about the fact that America is losing its position as a
country with a high level of economic freedom. Indeed, even Canada has more economic freedom than the USA.
Please don't continue to erode our freedoms.
    Sincerely,
    Daniel La Berge
