Dear CFTC Comments:
I write in support of the CFTC's Proposed Federal Speculative Position
Limits. The proposed rule will re-establish speculative position limits
on major energy commodities. The proposed rule will also provide
marketplace stability and reduce the incidence of capital misallocation
resulting from future price bubbles. The CFTC should quickly approve a
strong rule to protect the American economy. Thank you.
