The issue is for me very simple: does the CFTC protect the consumer & fiduciary Principal of the Republic, i.e. the taxpaying Citizenry, or the CFTC does not. If, for whatever reason(s), the CFTC cannot or willnot fulfill its Congressionally-chartred mandate, then the recourse is to disband it. We veterans of distant wars & taxpayers alike bear an almost insufferable yoke of near-endless support to Corporations which, quoting Shakespeare, do not give a tinker's damn about our Nation, or our Principles. If these selfsame Corporations in fact & in deed own the Federal mechanisms pruporting to regulate them, then we Taxpayers should be apprised of this turm of events.
