Dear Sirs, After years of involvement in the metals industry and careful consideration of the metals market, I must insist that you set the limits on Silver short future positions in the COMEX at no more than 1500 contracts. This is more than ample to allow any valid hedge or investment-related position to take place. What a limit of this nature will not allow is a continuation of the criminal activity now taking place in the metals markets. Thank you for your "swift" action on this matter. Peace, William T.
