The creation of online betting sites not only place more people in harm's way while gamblers literally gamble with others' lives, they can greatly skew the actions of the current resident of the White House, as he is not above such gambling actions himself, even though he will likely use shadow accounts to place his bets. He will, without a doubt, gamble against himself at great odds and pay himself well when he decides to escalate his invasion of Iran.
