To Whom It May Concern: Your proposal to change the leverage rule requirement is taking the
choice away from American citizens to trade Foreign Exhange Currencies and giving the choices to
onlya select FEW wealthy persons that alot of them are NOT American. Extremely UNFAIR. Give
US a chance.
