I'm not happy that UBS is trying to shirk responsibility for legacy Credit Suisse legacy swaps. While UBS should not have been forced to take on Credit Suisse's positions, that is a question for Swiss regulation. Their responsibility to American markets is under US purview and should not be brushed aside.
