Comment Text:
The attached comment largely concerns our analysis of the Integrity Council for the Voluntary Carbon Market Part 1 principles, assessment framework and assessment procedure. The comment was first submitted on July 17 as a contribution to the agenda of the MRAC meeting of July 10. The Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy hope that the attached comment will aid the Commission's understanding of VCMs.
