Attached is a letter from Mr. George Harrington, Global Head of Fixed Income Trading at Bloomberg L.P., for the Roundtable Futurization file. The letter describes concerns relating to regulation 39.13(g)(ii) which sets out the minimum liquidation time for financial futures and financial swaps.
