Honorable Gary Gensler, Chairman, US Commodity Futures Trading Commission,
Please place limits on oil futures trading to eliminate price spikes caused by speculation. Oil price spikes cause hardships on middle and low income families and weaken our slow economic recovery. Please take action now!
