To Who It May Concern:
I would like to send a letter to Chairman Gary Gensler, but his email is not listed on the CFTC site.
If his email is not given to the public for various reasons, I would like to ask him why has it taken 8+ months for the CFTC to act on the current oil market speculation. I just read that a law was passed in January 2011, which stated that oil speculation was to be investigated and dealt with. It is October 2011, and the people of the United States do NOT see any results. Deal with oil speculation NOW! If all Americans can pay $3 for gas on a normal basis, everyone will have more dollars to spend, invest, and just maybe create more jobs.
