With times being so tough for the average American, now is the time to stop speculators from interfering with the price of food and energy. Please impose meaningful position limits on the speculators. If the common man is not looked after, the common man may become the angry man from desperation and a feeling of not being considered. We need stability, and this would go a long ways to help create that atmosphere.
