Dear Chairman of the CFTC:
How you can have your regulators known as speculators trading oil contracts and constantly raising prices at the "pumps" when barrels of oil can be so low priced and yet we end up with a high price at the "pump" because of the speculators doing their trading. You should not have that power whatsoever. While I'm at it, I might as well note you further do this with food prices as well. You should not be allowed to do this at all. I think it is high time someone else checks into this and change the way we do business and give the American people a break. I realize you don't give a darn, as I'm sure you have lots of money due to your line of work, but I can tell you the American people are getting fed up with your tactics. Change is right around the corner!
