Regulation of Retail Forex
Dear Sir/Madame,
I am writing in reference to the new proposed rule change concerning maximum
leverage. I want it noted that this rule change designed to protect me will eliminate me from the forex
market. The requirements under the proposed change will eliminate all small traders and return the forex
market to an opportunity for only the wealthy investor.I would like the cftc to maintain fairness for all
investors and leave the rules as they crrently stand. Investors are capable of making their own
determinations regarding risk appetite and do not need the cftc to intervene.RIN 3038-AC61
