Leverage change
Dear Sirs:
By changing the leverage rate you then create an atmosphere that allows only the large
investors a chance to make a living and effectively take away the chance of a small investor
such as my self to make any large amounts of money. It is like rewarding the large investors
and punishing the small investor. I would be dissappointed in my government taking away
that option.
