Contract should be limited to 1500 per entity, as I believe I emailed Bart Chllton earlier. 7.5 million ounces of silver controlled by a single entity is very adequate and should be a adhered to by all participants to keep "playing field" fair for all. I consider that even the small investor should be allowed a fair opportunity.
