Good Day and thank you for the opportunity to comment on position limits for derivatives. I strongly feel that a rule which is simple and relates the postion limit to the commodity's annual production is needed. I would offer a one percent rule. The people that spend their lives working within the industries of commodity production deserve a fair market. I hope your decision will provide a needed sense of integrity to America's image.
