The only raison d´être of the CFTC is being of utility to the people. Therefore, it must remove any kind of position limits on silver and gold, so that we can hoard as much as precious metals we want at low prices before the implosion of the (US) economy.
After February 2014, the CFTC can do whatever it wants, even go on permanent holidays. Perhaps even they receive a present from myself, if they do what they must do, for the good job done.
