    Comment Text:

This country prospered while capital came to our shores seeking a place where the rule of law was respected. Today the common perception is that markets are rigged, and cronies are rewarded for their crimes. Capital is leaving. Many of the executives of the too big to fail banks should be in jail for extended sentences. Instead, the citizens are looted for their benefit.

Members of the CFTC have failed us and continue to fail us. Those who have manipulated the public markets in a fraudulent manner should be barred from trading on government regulated exchanges for a substantial period of time. Allowing these same criminal outfits to maintain positions which facilitate continued fraudulent activity is shameful.

All derivatives should be standardized and forced onto public exchanges where positions are marked to market nightly. The position limits in gold and silver should be lower.
