Plenty of others will cite specific numbers so I won't bother. This is an appeal to the collective morality of the CFTC. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY MANIPULATIVE BEHAVIOR TAKING PLACE IN THE PRECIOUS METALS MARKETS, PARTICULARLY SILVER AND MOST IF NOT ALL OF YOU ARE WELL AWARE OF IT. DO YOUR JOB.
