Dear chairman Gensler and fellow Commissioners:
Please approve the staff's proposal on position limits , including limiting exemptions to bona fide hedgers. I belive the proposed formula of 5,000 contracts for silver is too high. That would be like setting the speed limit at 155 mph and hoping no one would go over 75 mph.Most people would go a reasonable speed but a few would not,causing trouble for the rest. I'm asking you TO DO THE RIGHT THING.
HISTORY WILL RECORD YOUR RESPONSE. This will not go away if you do nothing.
