Silver position limits of over 5,000 contracts will not solve the problem of silver manipulation. Limits of 1,500 contracts or less will put us on the right track to fairness, and 1,500 contracts is still greater than any other current concentration in physical commodities traded on the COMEX.
I appeal to you to do the right thing!
