Dear Commissioners:
Some "bona fide hedgers" are able to control a large part of the market due to their huge short position. Please consider lower the limit from 5000 contracts to 1000/1500 contracts for everyone and enact it as soon as possible to help put an end to the crime of manipulation by the large commercial banks. I believe the CME group requires overisight, but that isn't the main point of this letter. I think since silver is such a small market, these smaller positions will help the market from being swayed by a handful of groups.
Thanks for your time,
Brian Walker
