The CFTC has so far not enforced position limits in silver and ,as an investor, I have to question why?
Is it because you choose not to (which appears to be unlawful) or is it because the CFTC does not have the power or cannot?
Either way, by not taking action, you are endorsing manipulation of the silver market.
