I appreciate this opportunity to submit this Comment on 75 FR 67657
17 CFR Part 180 Prohibition of Market Manipulation and 75 FR 67301 17 CFR Chapter I Antidisruptive Practices Authority Contained in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. I would be willing to address any questions the Commission may have regarding this Comment.
