On August 5, 2010, representatives of Equinix discussed the Commission's proposed rulem~in? regarding Co-Location/Proximity Hosting Services during a meeting with Commissioner Sommers. In attendance at the meeting were John Knuff and Jarrett Appleby from Equinix, and Gregory Mocek and David Ransom from McDermott Will & Emery.
