Why is the CFTC not enforcing fair rules in the silver market?

As CFTC commissioner Bart Chilton has said on the record yesterday (Dec 9th 2010), one trader (JPMorgan) owns 40% of the shorts in the silver market.
Why are you protecting this player to the detriment of ALL other market participants. What is the reason?
Why do you allow fraud to continue. This is a crime IN PROGRESS. CFTC has told us , they are investigating.
For 2 years? We know you are covering up fraud.

I am a law abiding citizen, tax payer and deserve a fair treatment. When the regulator protects fraud, the outcome cannot be good for the investors or the country.

PLEASE STOP PROTECTING JP MORGAN's ILLEGAL SHORTS IN SILVER.

    Sincerely
