To the CFTC
It is essential that position limits on the precious metals market trading be implemented within the January deadline that has been proposed. Any thing less will be will be the equivelent of a total disregard for the law and the responsibilities of the CFTC. CFTC's further inaction on the blatant manipulation of the precious metals market especially silver is nothing less than scandalous. It is time for all the other officers of the CFTC to rise up with the strength of conviction and purpose shown by Mr. Chilton and deal with this issue in a fair and timely manner.
