The attached letter is submitted on behalf of the Committee on Investment of Employee Benefit Assets with respect to the CFTC's proposed changes to Rule 1.25 regarding the investment of customer funds under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the Commodity Exchange Act.
