Position limits are needed on both the long and short side. I recommend 1% of worldwide production of the underlying commodity to help prevent manipulation. The markets are a mess, especially the silver market with JP Morgan's massive short position suppressing the price. Don't let Wall Street Banks get away with major manipulation at the expense of honest investors!! It has been going on for far too long!!
