The amending the rules 1.49 and 4.24 would not favor the overall reason for the understanding of the credit market. I would side with the commission stating that alternative standards favoring both sided would be favored. The credit market is tumbling by hard ships of financial institution. Making the credit scoring less harsh would allow business to trade and buy more to boost the economy. If the rules were amended then other rules trace to the other guidelines of the credit.
